By accessing and using the services of ReWood Revival Workshop, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ReWood Revival Workshop provides furniture restoration, repair, refinishing, and upholstery services. All services are subject to assessment and quotation before work begins.

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on initial assessment and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during restoration.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before proceeding with any additional work beyond the original scope.
  • Payment terms will be specified in your quote and must be adhered to.

4. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and material availability.
  • We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
  • Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to workshop availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the furniture piece and any known issues.
  • Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule.
  • Collect completed items within 30 days of notification. Storage fees may apply after this period.
  • Inspect completed work upon collection and notify us of any concerns immediately.

6. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide professional craftsmanship and quality materials.
  • Handle your furniture with care and respect.
  • Communicate openly about project status and any issues that arise.
  • Stand behind our work with appropriate warranties.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

  • We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion.
  • This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
  • Original defects in antique or vintage furniture are not covered under warranty.
  • Any warranty claims must be made in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.

8. Liability and Limitations

  • While we take every precaution, furniture restoration involves inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses that become apparent during restoration.
  • We maintain appropriate insurance, but our liability is limited to the value of the restoration work performed.
  • We are not responsible for matching exact colors or finishes on vintage or antique pieces where original materials are unavailable.
  • Clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for valuable items.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Projects may be cancelled before work begins with full refund of any deposit.
  • Once work has commenced, cancellation fees will apply based on work completed and materials purchased.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a project if we determine it cannot be completed to our quality standards.

10. Abandoned Property

Furniture not collected within 90 days of completion notification may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned items to recover storage costs, following applicable legal requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, and content on our website are the property of ReWood Revival Workshop and may not be used without permission.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chernivtsi.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
